It is the busiest month ever for the Silo Marina in New Zealand. This Auckland-based superyacht marina is currently home to the 119-metre megayacht “A”, presumed to be the biggest to berth in New Zealand.
The respected NZ shipyard, Alloy Yachts, has recently launched the brand new 56m superyacht Mondango Three (AY46), beautifully penned by Dubois NA. Her elegant interiors by Reymond Langton can comfortably sleep 11 guests in total.
Two fabulous and super luxurious motor yachts, the 68m Feadship Lady Christine yacht and the 119m Blohm und Voss ‘A’ yacht, will dock next to each other in early December in Auckland’s Silo Park, in New Zealand.
Designed for a 100m+ Superyacht, the all-new retro modern 9.1m limousine mega yacht tender concept has been introduced by Allure Marine from New Zealand.
Asia Pacific regions now provide the growing superyacht marina options, including New Zealand’s Viaduct Harbour Marina as well as Silo Superyacht Marina. Silo Marina is currently hosting such impressive vessels as mega yacht ‘A’.
The event calendar of the Australian International Marine Export Group (AIMEX) is full of key shows. The Group attended the recently concluded Monaco Yacht Show and the Auckland Boat Show, and will also participate in the next week’s Club Marine Mandurah Boat Show, as well as the upcoming Ft. Lauderdale Boat Show and METS.
Taken place from September 26 to 29, this year’s Auckland On Water Boat Show was attended by plenty of boat buyers. The event hosted over 180 exhibitors and more than 90 boats.
The last day of the currently running Auckland On Water Boat Show will feature boats and much more. With more than 90 boats on display, the event is hosting more than 180 exhibitors.
The Spanish yard, Atollvic, is presently working on a comprehensive refit of the 58-metre expedition charter yacht Seawolf, including an extensive list of maintenance and upgrade works. The team of the Intergrated Marine Group from New Zealand will help Atollvic to perform the refit.
In addition to the traditional print, the Auckland On Water Boat Show 2013 programme is now also available in a digital format. The event will take place in the Auckland’s Viaduct Harbour, running from September 26 to 29, 2013.
The postponement of the highly anticipated A2B Auckland to Bluff Ocean Race has been announced by the Board of Directors as plenty of the teams have found the lead time to organise their attendance too short to mount a campaign.
The all-new renderings and layout options of the 50m project BIG STAR superyacht have been released by the Auckland-based shipyard, McMullen & Wing. The designs have been developed in partnership with Gregory C Marshall Naval Architects.
