The 2nd Asia Superyacht Conference showcased over 40 superyacht industry and speakers from around the globe and featured a strong representation from Asia and the Asia Pacific Superyachts Company.
Singapore-based commercial shipyards Dauphin Shipyard Pte and McPec Marine & Offshore Engineering Pte. plan to redevelop parts of their yards in order to create dedicated superyacht refit and repair facility.

A new dedicated Singapore superyacht show and ICOMIA’s 2011 World Marina Conference are both to be held in Singapore in the first half of next year. The new Singapore Yacht Show will be held from April 8-10 2011 at the One 15 Marina Club on Sentosa Island. The ICOMIA World Marinas Conference 2011 will be held May on 10-12.
During a recent AGM business meeting in Thailand, “Made Gerip” joined Asia Pacific Superyachts (Indonesia). Joining APS Borneo at an earlier date, Alvin Teh Wei Loong and Shirley Lye were also introduced and enthusiastically welcomed by APS directors. Many APS directors at the meeting reported an increase of superyacht visits in their respective region(s) over the previous year.
