The Florida-based shipyard, Tyneside Yachts, has recently launched the 39-metre superyacht Safira. Making her debut at the upcoming Antigua Charter Yacht Show, she comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests in 5 lovely cabins.
The organisers of the 2012 Antigua Charter Yacht Show have announced that 107 magnificent vessels have confirmed their presence at the event so far. Among these the Nautor’s Swan 112 charter yacht Highland Breeze and many others.
The next edition of the RORC Caribbean 600 starts on 18 February 2013. Along with this year’s winner, the 215-foot superyacht Hetairos, the 2013 race will be attended by such spectacular vessels as the 180ft megayacht Adela or the 203ft luxury yacht Athos and many others.
The organisers of the Antigua Sailing Week are aware of the fact that gaining feedback on their event via surveys is an important means of understanding how participants responded to the event and how they would like to see things change in the future.
The Lord Nelson Trophy has gone to the sailing yacht El Ocaso for the best overall performance of any yacht during this year´s Antigua Sailing Week.
The final day 5 of the Antigua Sailing Week 2012 revealed its winners, with Geoff Hill’s Santa Cruz 72 sailing yacht Antipodes winning in CSA 1A. Peter Harrison’s Farr 115 charter yacht Sojana took the third place.
