The America’s Cup Superyacht Regatta 2013 has been won by the majestic superyacht Adela, built by Pendennis to a design by Dykstra Naval Architects. The Showboat award went to the Royal Huisman yacht Athena for her spectacular display during the event.
The California-based Napa Valley, the Official Wine Region of the 34th America’s Cup, will be hosting the America’s Cup Superyacht Regatta Owners Dinner, taking place at Far Niente winery, on September 11, 2013.
The 34th America’s Cup will be marked by the first official Superyacht Regatta. To be hosted by San Francisco, the event will run over the three America’s Cup Finals lay days; 9, 11 and 13 September, 2013.
Manufacturers of the best sailing superyachts in the world, Alloy Yachts, Perini Navi, Royal Huisman as well as Vitters Shipyard, have been announced as Joint Sponsors of the all-new America’s Cup Superyacht Regatta. This special event will be held in San Francisco on September 9, 11 and 13, 2013.
Set to take place in San Francisco during the America’s Cup Finals, the all-new America’s Cup Superyacht Regatta is co-sponsored by the prominent Dutch manufacturer, Vitters Shipyard.
