The prominent British luxury yacht designer, Tim Heywood, joined the leading UK superyacht directory, Yachting Pages, at their stand during the Monaco Yacht Show 2013 to sign his first superyacht sculpture, called Floating Crystal Silver.
Superyacht Design Summit 2012, which will be held at Chelsea Design Centre’s SPACE on the evening of Tuesday 13 March and will be attended by Superyacht designers: Andrew Winch, Terence Disdale as well as Tim Heywood, has now sold out. And it has now been confirmed that Dick Bannenberg, the son of the late Jon Bannenberg, who presided over the fledgling careers of all three designers will be one of the delegates in attendance.
The English superyacht designers: Andrew Winch, Terence Disdale and Tim Heywood will participate together at the unique event, called Designer Question Time, organised by the Chairman, Martin H Redmayne.

Peters & May, a leading global superyacht transportation provider has reported a significant growth in export volume for for both the UK & USA offices in the first three months of 2011. The company exported seven superyachts including 50m motor yacht Al Mirqab III and 40m yacht Garfield. In the same period the company transported 1164 yachts up to 30m and over 450 boats and yachts in March alone.
