Superyacht AeroCruiser 38 II Flybridge has been officially presented by Danish Yachts at an exclusive luncheon event at the Palm Beach Yacht Club during this year’s Palm Beach Boat Show. The evolution of Shooting Star yacht, she can reach an impressive top speed of up to 50 knots.
Danish Yachts hosted two Royal visits within a week in August 2013: Her Majesty Queen Margrethe II of Denmark as well as Royal VIP guests to both the yard and its sister hotel ‘Ruth’s Hotel’. In addition, the impressive 125m mega yacht Katara was berthed outside the shipyard.
A spectacular fleet of Danish Yachts has attended the recently concluded Superyacht Cup Palma. These included the J Class charter yacht Ranger, motor yacht Shooting Star, the carbon fibre-built yacht Aerocruiser 38m, as well as the recently launched carbon fibre-built sailing yacht Infiniti 36.
Fresh from sea trials, Project 116, the first AeroCruiser 38 II, was launched, christened and named motor yacht Shooting Star at Danish Yachts’ superyacht shipyard in Skagen on the 26th of March 2011.
The 38 metre AeroCruiser, Project 116, is an Espen Øino 50 knot jet-driven superyacht that will launch for its initial sea trials in Denmark soon. MarQuip, specialists in exhaust systems have worked closely with the technicians at Danish Yachts to ensure optimum performance in this 38m superyacht.
