The magnificent 2010 superyacht Mazu is a breathtaking vessel, designed by MCC based on lines from Ron Holland for Marco Polo Series. Its lovely interior by KCA International comfortably sleeps 10 guests in total.
The spectacular 46m Cheoy Lee superyacht Mazu was showcased at the 2012 Fort Lauderdale Boat Show. Ron Holland,who designed the lines for the Marco Polo Series, had a unique opportunity to visit her, along with Rob Doyle – Principal Designer/Manager of Ron Holland’s Kinsale studio in Ireland.
The show was a huge success for three new Cheoy Lee models on display at the 2012 Fort Lauderdale Boat Show. These comprised the Alpha 76 Flybridge yacht, motor yacht Bravo 88 and the Explorer Series 151’ superyacht Mazu.
The first member of Superyacht Builders Association (SYBAss) from the Far East, the well known Taiwan-based luxury yacht builder, Horizon Group, has recently participated in the SYBAss “The Superyacht Experience” event.
This year’s Ft. Lauderdale Boat Show saw Marcel Onkenhout, CEO of Oceanco, receive the ‘International Superyacht Society’s Excellence in Innovation Award’. Oceanco has been already honoured with ISS award: for the 82m charter yacht Alfa Nero in 2008, as well as for the 85m megayacht Sunrays in 2010.
It has been a great success for the respected US shipyard, Hatteras Yachts, at this year’s Ft. Lauderdale Boat Show, with such beautiful vessels on display as the 68 Convertible yacht, as well as the newest Hatteras 80 MY. The company will also attend the next Miami Yacht & Brokerage Show.
The new Hatteras | CABO Yacht Center saw its premiere just before the 2012 Ft. Lauderdale Boat Show, with participation of dealers for both Hatteras and CABO Yachts.

The prestigious Italian builder Baglietto has presented three new designs at this year’s Fort Lauderdale Boat Show. One of these is the 58m Baglietto displacement yacht project designed by Francesco Paszkowski. It provides a classical interior layout, consisting of a full beam Owner’s suite on the main deck and four guest cabins on the lower deck.

The impressive 140ft Erdevicki superyacht design has been promoted by Burger Boats at this year’s Fort Lauderdale Boat Show. The vessel’s scale model was also on display.
