Owned by the well established company Superyacht Services Yacht & Ship Agents, Superyacht Chandlers is a new ‘one stop superyacht shop’, which has been recently opened in Viareggio. It represents an important step in the development of the Viareggio marina facilities. It has been inaugurated at a time of year when plenty of sailors are preparing their boats for the season, taking into consideration the replacement of existing items or enhancement of their yacht’s inventory.

The new business is housed in the heart of the marina, at Via Virgilio 182 in Viareggio, just behind the most important Italian shipyards, including Benetti, Codecasa, Perini Navi and Fipa Group. Car parking is available at the door, and the ship is less than a minute’s walk from the pontoons and main refit shipyards.
The store is well stocked with all the common needs of megayacht customers, including marine hardware, rigging, electronics, painting, repair materials, leisure wears, etc. A corner of the new Ship Chandlery will also feature interiors products, clothin, uniforms, as well as workstations with internet access and a captain’s lounge.
“We felt it necessary to take on the responsability of opening a storefront in this location, not only to assist our vessels in a service aspect but to save them both time and money,” said Paolo Vannucci, CEO of Superyacht Services Yacht & Ship Agents and Vannucci Maritime Group. “We have an obligation to our customers and that is why we have gone through the effort to provide such a facility. This is something that our customers have been begging us to do for a long time.”
Paolo Vannucci and Joel Fabrizi, who has years of experience dedicated to sourcing and supplying the everyday yacht supplies and consumables, are actually running the Chandlery with their expertises that makes shopping there an enjoyable and fun experience.
