Each quarter, captains will be able to nominate a crew member that has demonstrated excellence in their abilities and attitude toward work. The winner selected each quarter will receive an engraved iPad.

Captains are asked to complete a short entry form online and briefly explain their rationale for nominating the crew member. A panel of judges will review the entries before announcing the winner.
