“It’s been such an exciting year for us. Receiving recognition as approved suppliers to Sunseeker in the UK and worldwide for another year running is just fantastic, we look forward to building on this relationship both in the factory and with the brokers to help them sell more boats,” commented Greg Hoar, Wild Group International.

A few years ago Sunseeker commissioned Wild Group to work with them on their range. They were looking for a method of detailing that was quick, easy and looked good. Vinyl offers additional benefits for their customers such as low maintenance (no buffing) and the attraction of protecting the gel coat layer.

The boat manufacturer could keep producing white boats while the customer could add their own unique personality by wrapping the hull or band with a new colour. This was the beginning of a great relationship between Wild Group and Sunseeker.

Vinyl finishing is now standard on many of the range including carbon detailing on areas such as coach roofs on the Sunseeker 28m Yacht, Predator 53, Predator 80 and the new Portofino 40 recently launched at the Southampton Boat Show.

International yacht brokers are now turning to vinyl more and more as a way to help sell their boats, by transforming a tired, sun damaged yacht in need of much TLC, into a new owners dream boat with something as simple as a vinyl hull wrap in a new colour.
