The largest motorsport event in the south of England´s sporting calendar, this year’s Sunseeker Rallye is set to kick off in style, with an amazing start event at Poole Quay today, on Friday, October 18. The event is annually sponsored by the prestigious UK luxury yacht builder, Sunseeker.
Sunseeker Rallye 2013 to start today
The event has moved from its usual February date to an autumnal affair for the first time this year and the crowds are sure to pour into Dorset. And or the first time ever the fast and furious event will be held in Poole and will decide the MSA British Rally Championship – and with a 50% point bonus available in Poole, the prestigious title decide will be as unpredictable as ever.

The rally begins with Friday evening’s ceremonial start at the atmospheric Poole Quay, opposite the Sunseeker International factory, between 17.45 hrs and 19.45 hrs. The cars will be on display throughout this time against a picturesque backdrop of waterfront bars & restaurants, giving ample opportunity to take photos, browse the static displays and trade stands, meet the drivers and get autographs.
