Aged 62, Hayati Kamhi, a founding partner of the respected Turkish superyacht shipyard Proteksan Turquoise suddenly passed away on Monday June 4th, as recently announced by the company.

It is with great sadness that the Proteksan Turquoise shipyard has announced the sudden death of Hayati Kamhi aged 62, who died at home.

Hayati joined with Mehmet Karabeyoglu over eighteen years ago to form what has become Turkey’s leading builder of luxury superyachts and is ranked in the top ten shipyards in the world.

The funeral took place at Neve Shalom Synagogue on Wendesday 6th of June.
