AEGIR superyacht was designed by Rogers Yacht Design and constructed at Carbon Ocean Yacht, launching her in 2010. She is a Carbon Ocean 82 vessel, measuring 25,1 metres (82’4”) with accommodation for up to six charter guests.

Constructed completely from pre-preg carbon, using the latest aerospace technology to date, AEGIR is a fantastic sailing yacht which flawlessly combines performance with elegant lines. Her three spreader carbon rig, towering 35 metres above deck provide excellent horse-power. Her masthead asymmetric kite is 650 square metres. Her in race-mode prediction analysis suggest an upwind speed of 10.5 knows and she is able to sail 20 knots downwind.

Thanks to her design by Rogers Yacht Design, charter yacht AEGIR II boasts a light, stiff and robust structure. She is an ideal choice not only for luxury holidays, but also for the Cruiser Racer class for the Med circuit. All of her sail handling systems are fit for racing and each movement and manoeuvre can be executed with minimal effort. She is not only a great cruiser but also very comfortable for extended cruising.

The interior is characterised by light and modern features, providing great space for her owner from the saloon forward, allowing for plenty of privacy. There is also a possibility to create two separate cabins forward when needed and there are additional twin guest cabins to accommodate up to three children.

The saloon is perfect for entertainment and social gatherings, boasting a spacious open-plan living area, a ‘rise and fall’ table that converts into a formal dining table. There is also a large and fully-equipped galley for those fantastic culinary creations by your personal Chef on board.
