Cowes Harbour Commission has agreed on a major redevelopment of the existing “Sugar Store” on the north side of Shepards Wharf Marina, located in Cowes on the UK´s Isle of Wight. It is expected that this new redevelopment will add to the existing facilities at Shepards Wharf Marina new workshop units and office space for local businesses as well as a new bar/restaurant.

The redeveloped Sugar Store is supposed to create new business opportunities in the marine sector and to improve existing marina facilities for the profit of both marina users as well as the local economy. The redeveloped Sugar store is expected to be multi-use.
