Palumbo Shipyard confirms that a 55m Columbus motor yacht was sold to an extremely experienced as well as passionate Buyer. At the moment, the 55m Columbus superyacht is in build in Naples, where Palumbo’s new Superyacht building division is based.

“Details of the project cannot be disclosed” said Giuseppe Palumbo, the General Manager of the Shipyard and the head of the new building division, but “the yacht will for sure make the difference…!”
Accommodation aboard the 55m Columbus luxury yacht is for 12 guests in six staterooms.
Twin 12V 4000 M63 MTU engines will power the 55m Columbus superyacht at speeds of up to 16.5 knots.
In addition, another superyacht currently in build by Palumbo is the 40m motor yacht Columbus Sport 130’ Hybrid. (see photo)
