The prominent US shipyard, Palmer Johnson, has proudly announced that they have signed new contracts for a PJ170 Sportyacht and a PJ48M SuperSport yacht. This will be the PJ170 motor yacht Hull #3 and the PJ48M superyacht Hull #2 in these series.

There is a pleasing and rare symmetry to this as the company is delivering its second PJ170 Sportyacht and the first of its highly anticipated new generation PJ48M SuperSport yacht this summer.
Both yachts share the iconic lineage and PJ DNA of beautiful design, purity of proportions and effortless grace and power. The PJ170 yacht has the classic and widely acclaimed Sportyacht lines while the PJ48M superyacht is quite revolutionary, futuristic and heralds an entirely new era of yachting.
PJ48M SuperSport Yacht
Both yachts have top speeds of more than 30 knots, are circa 500GT and 50m in length. The PJ170 is built in the more traditional material of aluminium while the PJ48M is made from the advanced material of carbon.
