May 2014 saw Burton Chace Park, positioned in California’s Marina del Rey, reopen its transient docks, following a major renovation, performed by Bellingham Marine.
Saunders Yachtworks has recently added over 13,000 square feet of covered work space to its Gulf Shores facility. This allows the company to refit and maintain up to 10 yachts and superyachts under cover.
Donzi Marine’s parent company, Baja Marine, is currently building the 50th Anniversary Edition Donzi Classic series, in order to mark the brand’s 50th anniversary. This will include the Classic 22, Classic 18, as well as ‘Sweet 16’ yacht tenders.

June 20, 2014, in the lovely Monaco yacht holiday location, saw Prince Albert preside over the opening of the Yacht Club de Monaco’s new building. This has been designed by British architect, Lord Norman Foster.

June 21, 2014, in the popular Meditteranean yacht charter destination – Monaco, was marked by the official unveiling of the brand new Riva 122′ Mythos super yacht SOL. She will be officially presented to the public at the 2014 Cannes International Boat Show in September.
Benetti has launched the all-new 36,90-metre super yacht ‘Edesia’, which is believed to be ‘hull BC131’. Designed by Stefano Righini, she belongs to the Benetti Classic series.
