The Moonen 133 superyacht can be described as ‘a cross-over of a cross-over’, blending rugged adventurous looks with modern superyacht stylishness and classic elements. The Soraya 70 yacht is another collaboration between Soraya Yachts and the Uniellé design studio. This team also worked together successfully on Soraya 46 yacht, which is now under construction. In fact Jure Bukavec, founder of Uniellé Yacht Design, designed Soraya 46 to be the ultimate showcase for the innovative use of new yacht building technologies and the Gentech shipyard has the honour of realising the design and technology from the plans into a physical reality. The yachts are code named superyachts “Deputy Dog” and “Perfect Pursuit”. Also, last week Christensen Shipyards took delivery of a 46m (150ft) superyacht Ocean Alexander mould at the Washington shipyard.

Under the new agreement, the Australian International Marine Export Group (AIMEX), the peak body for Australian marine exporters, will manage the day to day operations of Super Yacht Base Australia (SYBA) the peak body for the Australian superyacht sector.

The 44 metre Sanlorenzo motor yacht Lammouche was launched in early 2010 by the shipyard in Italy. The 44m Steel vessel has a three-deck displacement hull, with aluminium superstructure.
