OCEA Classic 100 Luxury Yacht ESPIRITU SANTO back at her home yard to undergo refit

OCEA Classic 100 M/Y ESPIRITU SANTO has returned to her home yard for refit work, following over 15,000 hours of cruising between Alaska and the Pacific Islands during her 13-year existence. Her refit is scheduled for completion next spring.

Originally launched by the French shipyard OCEA in 2002, ESPIRITU SANTO is back at her home yard to undergo a refit. The first yacht built by OCEA, this beautiful vessel sailed over 15,000 hours between Alaska and the Pacific Islands in its 13 years of existence.

For her maiden voyage OCEA Classic 100 ESPIRITU SANTO crossed the Atlantic and Pacific oceans from Les Sables d’Olonne to Auckland and joined the fleet of vessels accompanying the America’s Cup 2002/2003 organized by New Zealand.

ESPIRITU SANTO will stay in the shipyard until next spring. She is currently going through major modifications, including a hull extension, maintenance, overhaul of engines, as well as complete painting.
