Mondo Marine acquired by Engineer Alessandro Falciai

Mondo Marine in Italy has announced that it has been sold recently and acquired by Engineer Alessandro Falciai.

The Italian luxury yacht builder, Mondo Marine S.p.A. has announced today that is has been recently acquired by Engineer Alessandro Falciai. Mondo Marine was established by two brothers Elio and Ferruccio Stroppiana in 1978 and is renowned for such lovely vessels as the 2012 launched charter yacht OKKO or the charter yacht PRINCESS IOLANTHE.

The financial commitment of Engineer Falciai, who will also be an active member of the Management, will provide the historic Savona shipyard with even stronger equity so to guarantee continuity to the strategy for geographic and production growth already successfully applied by the present C.E.O., Mr Zambrini. Furthermore, Engineer Falciai, well respected within the international finance community for his M&A track record, will allow the shipyard to take advantage of all the opportunities to enhance the exclusivity and the diversification of the Mondo Marine brand.
