The mighty 85m super yacht AQUIJO (Hull Y711/Hull 3069, Project 85) was spotted on the New Waterway near Rotterdam in the video and photos below made by ‘Dutchmegayachts’, while returning from sea trials in the North Sea. A joint venture of two premier Dutch shipyards Oceanco and Vitters, the striking Y711 sailing yacht AQUIJO achieved a maximum speed of 20 knots on her first day of sea trials.
Boasting an impressive 91m (298’) mast, sailing superyacht AQUIJO is an all-aluminium ketch-rigged vessel, with both naval architecture as well as exterior design by Bill Tripp. Her interior design is by Dolker & Voges.
