Experienced Round the World sailor, project manager, as well as yacht skipper, Malcolm Lee, has become a new member of the project management team at Ocean Yacht Systems (OYS).

Malcolm Lee will be responsible for all new and service rigging projects carried out by OYS. Malcolm has previously worked at Tim Haynes Limited, service agents for OYS, as a project manager and consultant to the Company. As a result of this, Malcolm is well positioned to understand the complete range products and services on offer from OYS as well as meet the expectations of the customer and end users.
“Having worked alongside OYS for a number of years now, both the customers and the team here have made me feel really welcome,” commented Malcolm. “I am looking forward to being responsible for OYS’s rigging customers and helping to grow this department within the Company.”
Malcolm brings a wealth of experience to OYS; he competed in the 1989-1990 Whitbread Round the World Race on Rothmans, and has managed several refit projects as the owner’s representative and has skippered vessels up to 43m in length.
