This week saw the Turkish shipyard, Mengi-Yay, launch the all-new 34m motor yacht REM. Ibrahim Karatas was responsible for the striking design of the brand new superyacht REM, with Tufan Avşar of NTE Yachts acting as project manager.

The steel and aluminium 34m Mengi-Yay super yacht REM is run by twin powerful CAT C32 1600 HP diesel engines. She is expected to achieve a top speed of 17 knots and a cruising speed of 13 knots.
