Nautical Structures has released the new images of the recently launched 73-metre Perini Navi yacht Grace E (hull C.2189), tied up in Italy‘s La Spezia, earlier this month. The company has just completed the commissioning of the specialised equipment, supplied to the breath-taking motor yacht Grace E.

Visible is the 10.75-meter passerelle deployed, having its unique carbon fibre handrails fit during the shipyard acceptance test. This robust self-supporting gangway is the principal means to board the yacht from the quay. A pair of side accommodation stairs were also manufactured for this build as an alternative means to board the Grace E superyacht.

Nautical Structures has had its Florida-based technicians working in the La Spezia shipyard alongside Perini’s technicians these past couple months, impressed with the Italian craftsmanship evident in the build, while in-turn impressing its Italian hosts with the integrity of the equipment, and its commitment to the project with its technical teams. It has been a real pleasure building upon this Italian-American partnership, bringing state-of-the-art technology melded with typical Perini Navi yacht-construction.

Nautical Structures also developed and manufactured the custom tender-handling cranes for this build. Three sets of overhead tender garage beam-cranes were supplied to launch the custom Cockwells 9.5m yacht tender. A folding crane is installed in the foredeck area to launch the MOB/Rescue Boat.
