Holland Jachtbouw has recently signed a new order for the explorer motor yacht Project 099, destined to cruise the waters of the Baltic and Polar regions. Luxury superyacht Project number 099 has been designed for an experienced and long term owner, who was fully involved with the conceptual design.

Destined for long distance cruising and living on board, luxury yacht Project 099 will be totally custom built, featuring a steel hull with ice reinforcements and an aluminium superstructure. All the vessel’s operations will be arranged from the central position of the wheelhouse, and there will be also an integrated tender dock at the aft.
Project 099 yacht will be powered by a tailor made hybrid system with a cross shaft option, which means that both CPP propellers can be run from either one or two main engines. All engine room systems are designed and engineered to the latest technology presently available, with the added detail of low maintenance over the life of the vessel. Additional requirement for this exciting new Explorer motor yacht is silent running for onboard living, achieved by opting for the full hybrid setup.
