It has been a highly successful first edition of the much anticipated MYBA Pop-Up Superyacht Show, discovering the benefits of superyacht chartering in Montenegro, a fabulous Mediterranean yacht holiday destination. A great collaboration between Porto Montenegro and MYBA, the event closed on September 6, following an amazing three-day showcase of 29 of the world’s finest private and charter yachts.

The feedback from the show is very positive and we are now looking forward to announce the 2016 edition during the Monaco Yacht Show in two weeks’ time. We are expecting the number of participants to grow exponentially in 2016 allowing for it to become one of the leading superyacht shows in the Adriatic showcasing Montenegro’s beautiful cruising grounds and Porto Montenegro’s award winning marina facilities,” commented Billy Canellas, Porto Montenegro’s Marina Business Development Manager.
The event provided a unique networking platform for Brokers, Agents and Yachts operating in the Mediterranean. All participants were invited to join a seminar programme sponsored by Regent Porto Montenegro, which included a presentation by Easy Tax and Rosemont Yacht Services on tax and registration regulations in Montenegro, but also in the Adriatic and other Mediterranean destinations. Evenings were reserved for social events organised across Porto Montenegro and in partnership with Berba Tax-Free Wine Provisioning and International Yacht Collection.

The MYBA Pop-Up Superyacht Show is a new B2B superyacht event, bringing together international brokers, agents and yachts to discover the developing infrastructure and fantastic cruising grounds of Montenegro and the surrounding region.
