This week saw the Palumbo shipyard in Malta welcome two outstanding vessels: the eye-catching 119m mega yacht ‘A’ and the breath-taking 88m charter yacht MALTESE FALCON, the latter available for an unforgettable mega yacht charter in the Mediterranean, Caribbean and Europe.

Launched by Blohm + Voss in 2008, the 119m motor yacht ‘A’ boasts an avant garde exterior design by Philippe Starck. Her imposing reverse bow, striking superstructure, as well as unmistakable profile have made her one of the most recognisable super yachts in the world and she has chosen Palumbo’s Malta facility to perform winter works this year. Whilst in the shipyard, luxury motor yacht ‘A’ by Blohm + Voss will take advantage of Palumbo’s enviable facilities to scaffold and protect the entire vessel and re-spray it. The shipyard will also carry out some other routine jobs on this iconic vessel.
