French Rodriguez Group names Eric de Saintdo head of Camper & Nicholsons Internationl.
(ADPnews) – May 16, 2011 – French luxury yacht maker Rodriguez Group (EPA:ROD) said on Friday it had appointed Eric de Saintdo chairman and CEO of its brokerage and nautical services unit Camper & Nicholsons.
Eric de Saintdo, already CEO of Rodriguez, will replace Jillian Montgomery, who is going to step down for personal reasons.
Eric de Saintdo will be assisted by Camper & Nicholsons’ chief operating officer Laurent Perignon.
De Saintdo will also become board chairman of Rodriguez Group, thus replacing Gerard Rodriguez who had been appointed temporarily at the post in June, following the resignation of Alexandre Rodriguez.
Rodriguez Group forecasts to register an operating loss in the first six months of fiscal 2010/11, ending September 30, even though its revenue jumped 139% over the period.
