The final assembly of the new 820 metric ton (900 short ton) Cimolai® mobile boat lift has been proudly announced by Derecktor, the most complete mega-yacht repair as well as refit facility in Florida. This new equipment permits a minimum of eight mega-yachts to be blocked ashore at one time, more than doubling existing capacity.

The world’s mega-yacht community can now utilize unmatched haul-out and repair/refit service in one convenient location – minutes from the city of Fort Lauderdale and its international airport. Derecktor of Florida forms the epicenter of “the yachting capital of America” and caters to yachts up to 65 meters (210 feet) in length x 12 meters (40 feet) beam x 4 meters (14 feet) draft x 38 meters (125 feet) air draft. An on-going dredging project in the Dania Cut-Off Canal will, when completed, allow vessels access to the yard regardless of tide.
