This year’s winner of the Superyacht UK Design Competition, selected by a panel of judges during the Tullett Prebon London International Boat Show on the 12th of January 2012, has become Daniel Humphreys, 3rd year industrial design student from Plymouth University.

Daniel’s work was chosen by the design team at Design Unlimited for his creative ideas and high quality drawing skills. Daniel will now attend the Seatec show in Italy to participate in a freehand drawing competition against 11 other Italian students.
The purpose of the Superyacht UK Design Competition is to select a student that is currently studying a design orientated degree, to represent British design talent at the Seatec Abitare La Barca Concept Award. It is an opportunity for students to showcase their portfolio to industry representatives and compete on an international stage.
