Construction on the new superyacht marina ‘PortoNovi’ project in Kumbor has started. Nestled in the enchanting Eastern Mediterranean yacht charter location – Montenegro, the luxury marina will provide 250 berths for yachts measuring up to 75 meters in length and is expected to open in May 2016.

In addition, the ‘PortoNovi’ project will comprise the One&Only resort with 550 residential villas, 150 commercial outlets including shops, restaurants and cafes, as well as various spa and sports facilities.
The investment is being funded by Azerbaijan’s state-owned oil and gas company SOCAR and the project will be performed by Kerzner International Resorts, which signed a deal with the UK’s Triangle investment group.
