It has been a very successful Monaco Yacht Show 2014 for Columbus Yachts, brand of the Palumbo Group. During the event, the Italian shipyard showcased their 40 S Hybrid yacht and introduced their new 70m superyacht Sport Oceanic 70 project.

Columbus Yachts, part of the Palumbo Group, proudly attended the Monaco Yacht Show 2014, which took place in the glamorous Monaco yacht charter location from September 24 to 27. During the event, the highly innovative motor yacht 40 S Hybrid was displayed and the all-new 70m mega yacht Sport Oceanic 70 project was unveiled. This striking vessel is currently under construction at Palumbo’s shipyard in Naples, Italy.

The multi-awarded 40 S Hybrid yacht was also on exhibition in Quai de l’Hirondelle. Many visitors came at QE14 stand in “Quai des Etats-Unis” interested in visiting the Yacht or in having more information about the new projects – and many professionals too, searching for new future collaborations. The Columbus yachts team was undeniably impressed by that great affluence!

Besides the 2014 edition of the Yacht Show has been nicely welcomed especially because of the several VIP participants who shared many positive comments regarding the Columbus yachts’ projects.

Last but not least, the Columbus yachts has been proud sponsor of the exclusive Boat International party, at the new venue of the “Yacht Club de Monaco”, where the new Sport Oceanic 70 project – developed in collaboration with Giorgio Vafiadis & Associates – was shown in preview.
