Due to the unique construction process the construction was split over 2 sites, the result of which is a swifter production time, reducing the overall process by 8 months without compromising on quality.

Before heading to Ancona, the hull contained a number of finished systems and areas, including piping, stabilizing fins, engines, generators, pumps and bow thruster, with the crew area nearing completion.

The Columbus 80m represents the first in a series of superyachts, with greater sizes expected to be produced in the coming years.
