The Shareholders of Perini Navi have appointed Fabio Boschi to the post of Chairman of the Board of Directors, replacing founder Fabio Perini, who becomes Honorary Chairman.

Fabio Boschi, 43, is CEO of Perini Navi’s holding company Faper Group since 2009. Faper controls a group of companies that operate in paper machinery, real estate, and various other industries.
Fabio Boschi is a member of the advisory board of Real Estate Funds e and Business Park management companies in Europe and South America.
He was previously in charge of investment banking for a major Italian bank and, for a decade, he worked in strategic consulting and corporate finance with KPMG in Italy and the United Kingdom.
