The US owner and operator of marina properties, Suntex Ventures, is to develop a new marina on Lake Travis in Texas, following an announcement of the merger of MOF Hurst Harbor, LP and Crosswater Yacht Club, LP of Austin, Texas. The new facility will provide 247 wet slips.
