Each of the America’s Cup World Series regattas in San Francisco in August as well as October 2012 has been certified at the Platinum level by Sailors for the Sea.

This year’s calendar of ‘Summer of Racing’ in San Francisco will culminate with the America’s Cup Finals that will run from September 7 to 21. San Francisco Bay represents the most difficult race course in the competition’s renowned history.
To be once again hosted by an enchanting Caribbean yacht charter destination – Antigua, the 2013 RORC Caribbean 600 race will start on Monday, February 18. The spectacular 55 m Pendennis superyacht Adela has been announced as the overall winner of the 2013 Antigua Superyacht Challenge that was running from January 25 to 27.
Set to start on February 18th, the Royal Ocean Racing Club’s 5th edition of CARIBBEAN 600 yacht race will be once again hosted by a magnificent Caribbean yacht charter location – Antigua. The event will be attended by 47 yachts.
To take place in San Francisco from February 9 to 24, the Red Bull Youth America’s Cup trials will include 11 national teams. The Selection Series will be held on the same AC45 wing sail catamaran yachts the youth crews will compete in September.
Auckland will again be a stopover for Volvo Ocean Race in 2015 as well as 2018, as proudly confirmed by Waterfront Auckland. The waterfront hosted almost 300,000 visitors during the last stopover in March 2012.
This year’s Loro Piana Caribbean Superyacht Regatta & Rendezvous will host an impressive number of luxury vessels. So far, 21 sailing yachts and 6 motor yachts have registered, including such spectacular vessels as the 56 m Perini Navi charter yacht Phantalassa.
