It has been a glorious finale to the 2014 Pendennis Cup, marked by the overall victory of luxury yacht Velacarina. She was followed by Pendennis-built sailing yacht Christopher, finishing second overall.
Following the tight racing on Day 3 of the Pendennis Cup 2014, sailing yacht Velacarina took first place overall on amended time.
An amazing fleet of 25 yachts will participate in this year’s Superyacht Cup Palma, running in the beautiful Spain yacht vacation destination – Palma de Mallorca from June 18 to 21. These will include the 40m Royal Huisman charter yacht Maria Cattiva.
Set to run from July 9 to 12, the inaugural Solar1 Monte-Carlo Cup 2014 will be hosted by Port Hercule, situated in the fantastic Western Mediterranean yacht charter destination – Monaco. So far, 21 teams have confirmed their participation.
On the second day of the 2014 Pendennis cup, luxury yacht Christopher and sailing yacht Velacarina became the joint winners on corrected time.
This year’s Southern Wind Trophy is set to start next week during the Loro Piana Superyacht Regatta, running in the fantastic Sardinia yacht charter location – Porto Cervo. The event will be attended by such outstanding vessels as SW 100 DS charter yacht Farewell.
Glorious sunshine and cobalt blue skies welcomed an impressive fleet of yachts on the first day of racing at this year’s Pendennis Cup. The event is hosting such outstanding vessels as the 2011 Pendennis superyacht Christopher as well as mega yacht Adix.
The eagerly awaited Mediterranean sailing season at the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda is set to start with the Loro Piana Superyacht Regatta 2014 next week.
The overall winners of this year’s very first Menorca Maxi have become superyacht Magic Blue in the Wally Class and sailing yacht Lionheart in the J Class.
The winners of this year’s Rolex Capri Sailing Week have become luxury yacht Robertissima III (GBR) in Mini Maxi Racing, sailing yacht Good Job Guys (ITA) in Mini Maxi Racing/Cruising and sailing yacht Azzurra (ITA) in TP52.
Conditions on the Bay of Naples failed to cooperate for a second consecutive day at the currently running 2014 Rolex Capri Sailing Week. Because of the lack of racing over the last two days, the start tomorrow is being brought forwards to 1100.
