The Inn at English Harbour will once again award a prize to the overall winner of the RORC Caribbean 600 on corrected time in IRC One, Two or Three. The last year’s prize went to the Briand 76 luxury yacht Lilla.
The eagerly awaited RORC Caribbean 600 will start on Monday, February 24, 2014, hosting a record number of 65 yachts. The largest vessel to compete will be the 203ft mega yacht ATHOS, designed by Hoek.
Developed by Ship Motion Group, the state-of-the-art, lightweight Retractable Propulsion System (RPS) was first installed in the 147ft superyacht Visione and has been just installed in a new sailing yacht project by Baltic Yachts.

To be once again hosted by the enchanting Italy yacht charter location – Sardinia’s Porto Cervo, this year’s 18th edition of Rolex Swan Cup will be held from September 8 to 14. The event is expected to host over 100 yachts from more than 20 nations.
The all-new Horizon RP105 superyacht AGORA has been recently launched and christened by her new Owners in a traditional Japanese Shinto ceremony, called “shinsuishiki”.
It is a particularly busy period for the Pendennis Palma refit facility. Current projects include such magnificent vessels as sailing yacht Kenora or superyacht Velacarina.
Pendennis Palma is currently hosting the 1972 Feadship classic yacht Heavenly Daze for a second time. She has gone through a RINA and MCA survey and her re-launch is scheduled for the middle of February.
The inaugural Oyster World Rally will conclude in Antigua this April. The Grande finale will be complimented by the Oyster Regatta Antigua, expected to be attended by 50 Oyster yachts – the largest gathering in Oyster’s 40-year history.
