Today, Friday, March 7, saw an amazing start to this year’s 34th edition of the annual St. Maarten Heineken Regatta, marked by sweet easterly tradewinds hovering in the 14-18 knot range, with gusts in the low 20s.

This year’s Dubai Boat Show has been marked by swift yacht sales, with Sunseeker Middle East reporting the 48m superyacht SS 155 sale worth more than AED 153 million on day one and Bilgin Yachts Shipyard reporting the sale of the 50m superyacht Bilgin 164 worth AED 114 million on day three.
The Italian company, BWA Nautica, has proudly presented the new BWA 8.9 TT yacht tender, where the initials “TT” stand for Tender To, to indicate the boat’s main purpose as a tender to large yachts.
