Superyacht Big Fish is scheduled to depart Auckland after final finishing in mid-June to begin her maiden voyage – the first-ever Polar Circumnavigation – which will begin in Tahiti and continue to the Antarctic, then to the Amazon, then to the Caribbean, Northern Europe, and conclude with the first luxury yacht transit of the fabled Northeast Passage over the top of Russia. The yacht, which will be available for charter throughout its route over the top and bottom of the world, has already booked several charters in Tahiti.

Three Princess Cruises ships — Sapphire Princess, Sea Princess and Star Princess have just been named as gold-level winners of the Port of San Francisco 2009 Cruise Ship Environmental Award.
