The 2nd Asia Superyacht Conference, which is running from the 12th October to 14th October 2010 has been successfully launched.
Australian company JetBoarder is now taking JetBoarding, the ‘must have’ superyacht water craft of 2011 to the World, having had successful launches at the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show, Cannes Boat Show, Monaco Super Yacht Show, & Genoa International Boat Show.
With a final number of 260,300 visitors, Genoa International Boat Show was down in attendance by 7.2% compared to the 280,500 presences of 2009 however this is considered extremely positive by the organisers, in light of the economic situation and the storms that hindered access to the show.
DeLUXE San Diego is a the newest yachting and lifestyle event launched in San Diego, which will take place from 14th April to 16th April 2011.
Kingship will present “Green Voyager – a new way of cruising” at the second Singapore Superyacht Conference at ONE°15 Marina Club. Mr Tork Buckley, Senior Consultant at BBCL, will represent Kingship to do a 40 minute presentation at 1400hours on the 12th of October.
A new dedicated Singapore superyacht show and ICOMIA’s 2011 World Marina Conference are both to be held in Singapore in the first half of next year. The new Singapore Yacht Show will be held from April 8-10 2011 at the One 15 Marina Club on Sentosa Island. The ICOMIA World Marinas Conference 2011 will be held May on 10-12.
MotorYacht Mi Sueño will début for the first time at the 2010 Fort Lauderdale Show, which will take place from October 28 – November 1.
Superyacht Australia had a strong presence at the Monaco Yacht Show and continues to see the show as the most significant event within the Australia Superyacht calendar. Feedback from a number of superyacht captains was very positive regarding cruising in Australian waters.
At the 20th Monaco Yacht Show, Massimo Perotti, President of Sanlorenzo for the Ameglia boatyard rehabilitation project was awarded the first “La Belle Classe Environment” Prize by Bernard d’Alessandri, Secretary General of the Yacht Club de Monaco.
Asia Superyacht Rendezvous has increased Asia’s largest motor and sail superyacht event – from two to three days, to be held December 16-18, 2010 in Phuket, Thailand. This year will be the 10th anniversary of superyacht event in Asia
