Australian companies once again impressed at this year’s 2010 Marine Equipment Trade Show (METS) in Amsterdam.The show reported a small increase in visitors over 2009 and with over 1300 exhibitors this show continues to be the most significant marine show for Australian exporters.

The Cheoy Lee yard is at capacity and has also designed five new models in the last year and a half. To facilitate the addition in production, the yard has created additional building space.

Phuket cements its Asian marine hub status with the hosting of the region’s largest in-water boat display at the 2011 Phuket International Boat Show (PIMEX) from 6-9 January. In its eighth year, PIMEX will take place at the prestigious Royal Phuket Marina – the place to be in Asia for boating business.
