Australian marine industry will be strongly represented by the Australian companies at the next Ft. Lauderdale International Boat Show, starting later on this month.
This year’s China Marina Conference will host 22 industry experts, coming from all over the world. Taking place from October 10 to 11, the event will run alongside the Yacht CN 2012 – Nansha Bay International Boat Show.
To be held on 17th October, this year’s Shipwrights Annual Apprentice Lecture will feature lecture given by Andy Claughton from the Wolfson Unit, part of the University of Southampton, as well as a panel discussion led by Sue Grant, Managing Director, Berthon International.
The organizers of the Hainan Rendez-Vous are building larger 2013 event, which is expected to host several spectacular 50m+ superyachts, making their premiere at this eagerly awaited show.
The two splendid vessels by Cheoy Lee, including Bravo 88′ superyacht (hull 5018) as well as Alpha 76′ Flybridge Express yacht (hull 5033), have been successfully transported from Hong Kong to the Port of Palm Beach in order to participate at the next Ft. Lauderdale Boat Show, starting later on this month.
The prestigious UK-based linen company, Heirlooms Ltd, has reported a great success at the 2012 Monaco Yacht Show, held last month. The company supplied its linens to such luxury vessels as charter yacht Maltese Falcon, superyacht Nirvana, MY Candyscape II and many others.
Inaugurated on 8th October at the Pershing lounge, the company premiered its “the engine of your ideas”: an innovative project of “Yacht Art” first time experimented on the 2012 superyacht Pershing 82′.

Horacio Bozzo from Axis Group Yacht Design presented its spectacular Helios superyacht concept at the 2012 Monaco Yacht Show. The impressive, 88-metre vessel is able to accommodate up to 14 guests in luxury and comfort.
Due to open in March 2013, the fabulous Marina del Gargano will be officially launched by MDL Marinas at this year’s Genoa Boat Show, on October 10. This Italian superyacht marina will accommodate more than 700 yachts measuring from 8 to 60 meters in LOA.
Perini Navi luxury charter yacht Maltese Falcon and the spectacular tall ship Amerigo Vespucci officially opened the 52nd edition of this year’s Genoa Boat Show, which started on October 6.
