Superyacht SUNRAYS, built by Oceanco has won the 2010 ISS Design and Leadership Award for Best Power Yacht in the 65m+ category. The award, which represents a superlative achievement, was presented on the first night of the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, at the 20th Anniversary ISS Awards Gala.
The Dutch yard K&M Yachtbuilders were chosen to build a 26.83m sloop called Tulip designed by German Frers with a Sinot Yacht Designed interior. Sailing yacht Tulip is scheduled to be delivered in Spring 2012.
K&M Yachtbuilders currently have 12 custom aluminium yachts under construction in Makkum, The Netherlands inlcuding an Icon 48, a Frers 88, six Bestevaers and four Bestewinds.
Couach have signed the sale of its second 5000 Fly motor yacht to a Russian client. The 5000 FLY superyacht’s hull is already under construction and is expected to be delivered to her new owners in July 2012.

Moonen Shipyards has signed the contract for the first Moonen 80 Alu motor yacht. Moonen 80 Alu is a 24.45 m Semi-Displacement aluminium motor yacht that offers comfort and speed in one reliable, typical Moonen package.
Sailing yacht Chrisco, the CNB 100 designed by Luca Brenta and Wetzels & Brown Partners was presented two major Awards by the International Superyacht Society after winning the Newcomer interior design Award a few days earlier, presented by ShowBoats International.

Southern Wind’ superyacht Kiboko, the first SW 94 was launched in Cape Town, on October 31st, 2010. Reichel Pugh Yacht Design was responsible for sailing yacht Kiboko’s Naval Architecture) and the general concept was designed by Nauta Design.
