Moonen Shipyards has begun working on the two new refit projects: the Moonen 84 luxury yacht Impetuous (ex Phoenix) as well as the 30m Heesen motor yacht Amigo.
Last month saw Derecktor – Florida successfully lift their one hundredth vessel of the year – the 180′ Feadship super yacht Calixe – with their impressive 900-ton Cimolai® mobile boat hoist.
The outstanding 168’ Oceanco charter yacht LADY Z has recently started a major cosmetic and mechanical refit at Derecktor – Florida. This will include the replacement of the existing engines with MTU 16V2000′s.

Ribjet U.S.A., the only jet propulsion specific yacht tender manufacturer in the USA, has unveiled its first Ribjet 10 yacht tender, destined for the yacht garage and swim platform market. The boat is currently undergoing sea trials and will be available to the public in March 2015.
The all-new 47m super yacht ASYA (Project Hé, YN 16947) successfully hit the water at the Heesen yard in the Netherlands last month. Superbly penned by Frank Laupman from Omega Architects, the vessel boasts lovely interiors by Bannenberg & Rowell, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests.
