The second successful launch of the Italian manufacturer Permare Group is the 9th superyacht Amer 92′, following the launch of the luxury yacht Il Gattopardo in May. The new Amer 92′ comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. She will be exhibited at the next Boat Shows in Cannes and Genova.
With the finishing activities to take place at the yard’s new facilities, the aluminium hull of the splendid Mulder 98 Flybridge has been recently completed. Designed by Guido de Groot, this luxury vessel is scheduled for delivery in the summer of 2013.
Racing Day 1 near 29-nautical mile coastal race of the 2012 Maxi Yacht Rolex Cup has been won by sailing yacht Ran 2 in the Mini Maxi Rolex World Championship; superyacht Velsheda in Maxi Racing; luxury yacht Aegir in Maxi Racing/Cruising; superyacht Nilaya in Supermaxi and sailing yacht Magic Carpet 2 in Wally. The fastest vessel to complete the course was superyacht Esimit Europa 2.
