The 75.2m luxury sailing yacht M5 (ex Mirabella V), originally designed by well known Ron Holland studio, is currently undergoing a one-year refit at Pendennis Plus in Falmouth, including her complete exterior as well as interior upgrade. The refit of her interior is being undertaken by renowned Redman Whiteley Dixon.

The prominent UK-based shipyard Pendennis removed the Ron Holland designed sailing yacht M5 (ex Mirabella 5)´s main mast in advance of her 13 month refit. She boasts the world´s largest mast, measuring 89 metres, destepping of which was coordinated by Marine Results, with the lift needing 4 cranes, 40 staff as well as more than 8 hours to finish the operation.

Newly refitted 38m Heesen superyacht No Comment (ex Tropic C)

The 38m Heesen superyacht No Comment (ex Tropic C), launched in 1986, was sucessfully refitted in 2011 by FM Yachts (Frank Mulder Yacht Projects BV), getting a completely re-designed interior lay-out, with the decor and styling by Joachim Kinder. The fishing cockpit was removed and made place for a comfortable aft deck with a large seating area. On wheelhouse level the deck was extended aft to accommodate two RIB’s of 22 ft and 17 ft in length. The fly-bridge area was increased as well and by removing the control station this area opened up to a fantastic lounging place with a bar, sunbeds, spa pool and grill.
