The opening ceremony of the all-new Visun Tuscany Yacht Repair and Refit Service Center will be held in Nan Bian Hai Road, Sanya, Hainan, on January 16, 2015. The shipyard is dedicated to the repair and refit of yachts of up to 36 meters.

A former Japanese fisheries vessel will be converted into a luxury 45m explorer superyacht Cklass Nautique by the Philippines-based refit shipyard, HYS Yachts. Completion of the project is scheduled for mid February 2015.
New Zealand-based refit shipyard, Oceania Marine, is currently working on the refit of the 2011 super yacht Black Pearl. She will receive a hull repaint in her beautiful metallic grey and minor coating repairs on the superstructure, as well as general maintenance works.

With the opening of the IMS 700 site, IMS has become the largest yacht repair shipyard in the Mediterranean. The 43,25m Heesen charter yacht Sister Act (ex Sedation, New Century) was the first yacht to be hauled out the water by the new travel lift on the IMS 700 site, designed to house yachts from 20 to 80 metres in LOA.
