The renowned Palumbo Group has announced to day the acquisition of International Technic Marine (ITM) in Marseille. The new name of the shipyard is Palumbo Marseille Superyachts ITM.

Measuring 42 meters in length over all, the outstanding 1994 superyacht Life Saga (ex Blue Harem) by Heesen Yachts was beautifully refitted by Holland Jachtbouw in 2012. She features the refit interior design by Stefano Pastrovich.
Amico & Co. has now the full contril of dry dock Nb. 2 in the port of Genoa. This can accomodate two large yachts, each measuring up to 85 meters in LOA.
