Swan yachts attended the Mapfre PalmaVela yacht regatta

Swan yachts, including the Swan 60 sailing yacht Emma, the Yacht Club of St. Petersburg´s Swan 60 yacht Bronenosec, as well as the Swan 80 superyacht Alpina were present at this year´s Mapfre PalmaVela regatta. Emma took 3rd place, Bronenosec came 7th, while Alpina 9th.

Yachting World Round Antigua Race to kick off on Saturday 28 April

Jongert Yachts exhibited at Hainan Rendezvous 2012

The Visun Royal Yacht Club in Sanya, Hainan Island hosted the Hainan Rendez-Vous 2012, the premier show in Asia, attended by a large number of superyacht builders, including the prestigious Dutch shipyard Jongert Yachts, exhibiting its current models: the 3900M motor yacht Lucia M, the 3400M Frers superyacht, and the latest 500 LE-X yacht with hybrid propulsion as well as a newly developed 42m motoryacht.

2700M superyacht VIVID by Jongert Yachts to re-launch by the end of May 2012

Starting the works in September 2011, the Jongert Yachts is presumed to complete the refit of the 2700M sailing yacht Vivid by the end of the next month. This magnificent vessel will boast renewed interior design, a new teak deck as well as an excellent paintwork.

Ben Ainslie to compete in the J.P. Morgan Asset Management Round the Island Race aboard the 49.5m charter yacht ELEONORA

Saturday 30th June 2011 saw a new entry to the J.P. Morgan Asset Management Round the Island Race: the 49.5m charter yacht Eleonora, launched in March 2000 by the Dutch Van der Graaf shipyard. This amazing vessel will be sailed by famous Ben Ainslie, that will co-helm with the vessel´s owner, helped by the vessel´s captain Mike McMillan.

Swan 60 yacht Bronenosec takes 7th place at Mapfre Palma Vela 2012

The Swan 60 yacht Bronenosec, from the Yacht Club of Saint Petersburg has made her debut at her first international yacht regatta of 2012 at Mapfre Palma Vela, achieving 7th place in the Overall maxi Combined Class.

The second day at the Mapfre Palma Vela for the Swan 60 sailing yacht Bronenosec from the Yacht Club od Saint-Petersburg ended with a 6th place in Race 3, followed by the 7th in Race 4.

The number of J-Class Superyachts attending the UK Regattas revised

The Falmouth Regatta will be finally attended only by the four J-Class superyachts and not the six as expected, without the presence of the sailing yacht Hanuman as well as the charter yacht Endeavour. The latter is supposed to race only in the Solent regattas.
